Terms of Service
Decent-Gaming have the rights to change the ToS without notification or warning at any time. Abuse of the ToS will result in appropriate action against the user.
You (“User”) agree, upon access to the website to follow these set of rules. Failure to do so will result of your access to Decent-Gaming limited or completely restricted.
1. As a user of the website, you are expected not to abuse the features that it contains. Users that abuse the “comments” system (either a registered member, or a guest) will be added to the blacklist and have their accounts terminated.
2. Users that abuse the “Request a game” system will be added to the Blacklist.
3. Users that Spam/Abuse the register form will be added to the blacklist and be prevented from becoming a member of Decent-Gaming.
4. When adding a game to your website that is hosted on our servers, a link back to Decent-Gaming is required. If it is not visible on the same page as the game, direct linking to your website will be terminated. We only ask of a link to be placed as you are using our bandwidth to display the game and ask of something in return.
5. The following rules are set for the shoutbox, these cannot be broken and are harshly looked upon by our shoutbox moderators. Please stick to these rules otherwise your account will be banned.
• No Spamming the Shoutbox, no pointless messages, repeats of the same message, or any message that one of our team considers as "SPAM".
• No posting links/plugging/advertising to other websites
• No swearing or foul language
• No flaming other users or members of the staff.
We want to keep the shoutbox a nice place for everyone, please consider these rules when posting and be resepctful to other members of the website.
When you enter the website your IP address and Host are logged. We would never give out these details and they are kept on a secure server for use when these ToS are broken.
